1.Ashley Taylors Legal Training
Ashley Taylors is a law agency firm with a well respected legal training division. Its training courses are based upon the expertise it has built up over thirty years of conducting a variety of litigation cases virtually every day. The Institute recognises both Ashley Taylors unique level of expertise and the quality of its training materials.Students studying with Ashley Taylors will receive the same training as Ashley Taylors’ own fee-earners and staff, together with additional training and support to ensure that students studying alone will get a thorough understanding of the topics. Both the Mortgage Repossession Course and Debt Recovery (Enforcement) Courses are accredited as Mandatory Courses by the Institute. This means that any paralegals successfully completing either course is eligible, (subject to meeting the other criteria) for Fellowship with the Institute. Fellowship confers the right to use the professional designation “Qualified Paralegal” and to use the letters F.Inst.Pa after one’s name. Individual modules of the Debt recovery (Enforcement) course are accredited as Approved Courses by the Institute. Thus, any paralegals successfully completing even one module of that course are eligible (subject to meeting other criteria) to become Registered Paralegals with the Institute and to fast track to Certified Paralegal status (i.e. to reach Certified Paralegal status after only two years' practice experience instead of the usual four years minimum requirement). Registered Paralegals are entitled to use the letters R.Inst.Pa after their names.Ashley Taylors Legal Training currently offers two courses both via distance learning; Mortgage Repossessions and Debt Recovery (Enforcement).
