To enable you to get a better idea as to what options are available to you should you face possible regulatory sanction, and whether help is available, we have arranged with the Lawyers Defence Group that they will provide paralegals with up to 20 free preliminary diagnostic advice from one of their advisers.

Their experience is that this is usually long enough to help practitioners to understand the nature of any legal or other remedies that may exist and to help them to make a decision as to whether they want to proceed with seeking advice and assistance on the matter.
