Ted Tyler was a professor of law at the University of Hong Kong and the City University of Hong Kong and previously taught at universities in England and Australia.

He has practised as a lawyer in England and Australia and served as a district judge in Hong Kong.

Ted has written and lectured extensively on his main areas of interest - Company Law, Insolvency Law and Property Law.
