Gill Whensley - Head of Membership

Gill is an HR and training/development specialist. As well as recent experience as the training manager for a respected law firm, she is also a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.

Gill’s experience spans all HRD activities including change management, performance management, training and development, communication, employee relations, coaching, policies/procedures and recruitment. Gill is also a qualified OPQ and MBTI practitioner.
