Steve is a senior solicitor with extensive all-round experience and has held senior management roles in legal practice and legal education.

He is a former Legal Practice Course Director, and has considerable experience in training, recruiting and working with paralegals. He has founded and is the managing partner of a niche legal aid solicitors' practice and also of Legal Practice Solutions, a practice management and professional development consultancy.
